Between May 18 and 21, Porto and North of Portugal - Convention & Visitors Bureau, in collaboration with the Visit Portugal team in the Netherlands, hosted a Familiarization Trip for four Dutch tour operators, with the support of Portugal A2Z, DMC partner responsible for the programme's organisation.

Represented by Luísa Brum, International Promotion, the group explored a wide range of experiences across the region, including the Douro Valley, Pinhão, the Levada do Vilarinho, Alvão Natural Park, Guimarães, the Coastal Way of the Camino de Santiago, and Porto. The programme highlighted the diversity of landscapes, culture, nature, gastronomy, and outdoor experiences available throughout Porto and the North of Portugal.

A networking event held at Axis Ofir provided an excellent opportunity for participants to meet local tourism businesses and explore potential collaborations.
