It is no surprise that the United Kingdom is one of the core markets when it comes to Northern Portugueses gastronomy and wines, and this tradition goes back even to the XVIII century, with the first Porto Wine exports to England. Thus, with no surprises, english are still among those who appreciate more our cuisine.

As per this, this week we are welcoming a group of 5 journalists on a mission to discover, and promote, the finest places in Porto & Northern Portugal for all foodies. And this journey will take them to several different cities, such as Monção, Ponte de Lima, Amarante, Porto and of course, the Douro region where they will be able to pair all the delicious traditional dishes with some of the best table wines in the world.
