The Great Wine Capitals Global Network, currently constituted by 10 cities/regions (Adelaide | South Australia, Bilbao I Rioja, Bordeaux, Lausanne, Mainz, Rheinhessen, Mendoza, Porto, San Francisco I Napa Valley, Valparaíso Casablanca Valley, and Verona), is now promoting another edition of Best Of Wine Tourism Awards.

These prizes are destined to all the viticultural properties of the Douro, Porto and Vinhos Verdes region, as well as to the tour operators who contribute to the development of wine tourism in this region.

The maim goal is to identify wine tourism products and services that are distinguished by excellence and innovation in one of the following 7 categories:

• Accommodation

• Wine Specialized Restaurants

• Architecture and landscape

• Art and culture

• Innovative Wine Tourism Experiences

• Wine Tourism Services

• Sustainable Winemaking Practices

The applications can be submitted until May 15, 2019.
