Porto and the North of Portugal took part in the most recent edition of IBTM Word, which took place between 19 and 21 November in Barcelona.

At IBTM World, Porto and the North of Portugal proudly demonstrated its commitment to global partnerships and the promotion of the region. Among the various initiatives, we treated International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO) members to a delicious coffee break, offering a taste of Porto’s warm hospitality while promoting the upcoming IAPCO Edge Seminar in Porto 2025. 

Our MICE Specialist, João Lemos, shared his insights on the panel “The Power of Shared Human Values”, an inspiring session powered by IAPCO that highlighted the importance of unity and collaboration in the events industry.

We also took advantage of the ICCA Cocktail event to promote the highly anticipated ICCA World Congress 2025, to be held in Porto, bringing together members from around the globe to celebrate what’s ahead.
