Porto has been shortlisted for the title of "Most Desirable City in Europe" at the 2026 Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards, one of the United Kingdom’s largest consumer-voted travel awards.

Organised by Wanderlust, the UK’s longest-running independent travel magazine, the awards celebrate the destinations that continue to inspire travellers from around the world.

This nomination is a recognition of Porto’s growing international appeal and of the experiences that make Porto and the North of Portugal such a distinctive destination for visitors.
