Porto.CARD is the 6th best-selling city card in Europe

OTA Get Your Guide, a leading platform in selling experiences and tours, announced that Porto.CARD is currently the 6th best-selling city card in Europe.
According to Get Your Guide, in May this year, Porto.CARD recorded a 150% increase in sales on this platform compared to the same period in 2019.
For Luís Pedro Martins, president of Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal, this “is great news, not only because it is further proof that 2022 is really going to be the year of recovery, but also because this result is a good indicator that the summer may record numbers very close to those reached before the pandemic and even, in some cases, higher.”
The announcement was made during the 11th edition of the CityDNA City Cards Expert Meeting, which took place in Genoa, Italy, on June 2nd and 3rd, and which brought together the Cities Destinations Alliance network.
This event, held exclusively for CityDNA members, was an opportunity to analyse inspiring case-studies of cities from the City Cards Project and hear the experience of various speakers.
Porto.CARD is valid for one, two, three or four days and with or without public transport, offers free entry and discounts at more than 150 points of interest in the city of Porto.
