On March 7^th, the ATP – Associação de Turismo do Porto e Norte (Porto and the North Tourism Board) in collaboration with the Portuguese Tourism Delegation in China, hosted a group of entrepreneurs and opinion leaders accompanied by the renowned Chef John Rocha, the author of the blog Eurasian Food Journey 鹹蝦燦食之旅, whose main objective is to promote gastronomy and interaction between cultures through food.

The event began in Matosinhos, with a visit to the “Casa de Chá Boa Nova”, where Chef Rui Paula made a cooking demonstration, followed by a visit to the municipal market and tasting of traditional canned fish. Chef John Rocha and this entourage also had the opportunity to get to know the cities of Guimarães and Porto.
