Bello'Giro, a tourist activities business, is promoting the competition “Guide for a day”, where it invites the inhabitants of Baião, Marco de Canaveses, Amarante, Cinfães, Mesão Frio and Resende to promote the heritage, landscapes and culture of the region that they call Douro Verde.

Participants must develop a realistic tourist itinerary that runs from 9 am to 6 pm and includes a place for overnight stays. According to the terms and conditions, programmes “that suggest sites of architectural, cultural and/or landscape richness, traditions and/or trivia, as well as businesses related to the Restaurant Industry, Hospitality, Arts, Sports and other tourist activities of interest” will be prioritised.

Registration is open until April 30^th and can be done by sending an email to geral@bellogiro.pt. The three best itineraries will be awarded with a Full-Day Bello’Giro Experience, a Half-day Bello’Giro Experience and 1 Segway Bello’Giro Experience Voucher.

The winners will be selected by a jury external to Bello’Giro and announced on May 8^th. All information about the competition is available at the website of the promoter responsible for the competition.
